Your security is our priority. This page explains how LoanSeth protects you from fraud, and what to watch out for when dealing with anyone claiming to represent LoanSeth or Niyara Capital.
What LoanSeth Will Never Do
- Ask for your OTP, internet banking password, or ATM PIN over call, SMS, or email.
- Demand any upfront payment, "processing fee", or "insurance deposit" before loan disbursal in order to release your sanctioned amount.
- Ask you to transfer money to a personal bank account or individual UPI ID to "unlock" or "process" your loan.
- Guarantee loan approval before assessing your eligibility and documents.
Common Warning Signs of Fraud
- Unsolicited calls or messages offering instant loans without any documentation.
- Requests to pay a fee via personal UPI/bank transfer rather than an official channel.
- Pressure to act immediately or "the offer will expire".
- Poor spelling, generic greetings, or lookalike domains in emails claiming to be from LoanSeth.
How We Protect You
All loan applications on LoanSeth are processed by verified relationship officers and matched only with RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs. Sensitive data such as your PAN is encrypted at rest, and all official communication will come from our verified domains and registered contact numbers.
