These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the LoanSeth website, operated by Niyara Capital Solutions Pvt Ltd. By using our website or submitting a loan application through our platform, you agree to these Terms. Content on this website is provided for general information only, and we disclaim liability for its accuracy — please obtain independent professional advice before relying on it for any financial decision.
Our Role
LoanSeth is a Direct Selling Agent (DSA). We are not a bank or NBFC and do not lend money directly. We connect borrowers with our network of RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs, and assist with the application process through a dedicated relationship officer.
Account Creation
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and may not create an account for anyone other than yourself unless you have that person’s prior permission. You must not create multiple accounts or impersonate any other person.
User Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials and OTPs confidential, and immediately report any unauthorized access to customercare@niyaracap.com — LoanSeth will never ask for your OTP or password.
- Provide accurate, complete and current information in your application.
- Do not upload or submit content that is false, inaccurate, or misleading, or that violates any intellectual property rights.
No Guarantee of Approval
Submitting an application through LoanSeth does not guarantee loan approval. Final approval, interest rates, and terms are determined solely by the lending partner based on their own credit policies.
Fees
Our services are free of cost to borrowers. LoanSeth may receive a referral commission from the lending partner upon successful disbursal — this does not affect the interest rate or terms offered to you.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Niyara Capital / LoanSeth and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for service interruptions, and our maximum liability to you is limited to INR 10,000 in certain circumstances, to the extent permitted by law. LoanSeth facilitates introductions between borrowers and lending partners and is not responsible for the lending partner’s final credit decision, loan terms, or servicing of the loan after disbursal.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved through arbitration under Indian law, and courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
